Unlike names such as whitehouse2008.com, http://www.thenextwhitehouse.com can be used during every future presidential race. I put it up in an hour about 2 months ago, but have done no SEO. $7 in adsense revenue isn't a lot, but if someone populated with real content, I thought it could be worth more?
What do you guys/gals think? Should I bother actively marketing it?
