Some accidental traffic for the domain, aside from this ...relatively little value

If Wimbledon would have a swimming pool next to it - I probably couldn't pick up a better name to call it, but until then - little chance to sell it, sorry...

BRINGING BACK OPEN WATER SWIMMING TO WIMBLEDON PARK LAKE
Wimbledon has a huge lake and local council encouraging people to swim. Apart frpom that there are quite a few swimming baths.

The market in this case is literally the small number of swimming areas in Wimbledon, or the council - Email them. It appears to be limiting, its nice to have options, but I do encourage you to look into it (hopefully there is something, and I can eat my words)

@mayhemalex Outside of tennis, Wimbledon is a residential area in London (like Mayfair, Cheslea, Knightsbridge, and so on). You can't really trademark that

There are businesses like "mayfair estate agents dot co dot uk" and "mayfair properties dot net" ...many more. If these businesses can get away with that, safe to say others can, regarding a brand involving the area

Examples outside the UK: "manhattan motor cars dot com", "manhattan motor cars porsche dot com" ...Manhattan being a borough in New York (can't trademark this either)

You literally have 1 potential buyer - s wimbledon // co // uk. The question is does a UK only local swimming website that could just as easily use .org or .org.uk need the .com? Low hundreds if they're interested. Can't see 4 figure sale mate.

There is an obvious TM infringement.
Swimming is a sports activity, just like tennis. Can you imagine a brand called "Swim..."? What they gonna do? Sell swimear? "Wim..." already sells sportswear. "Wim..." sells bath towels, already:
