I am looking to buy steveswisher.com from the current proprietor, but I have no idea how much an uncommon "name/self" domain like this goes for. Thoughts?

Project-oscar.com im looking to sell. It was previously used as a film/tv related site.

we cant appraise the name you dont own. OSCAR(S)® is tm like crazy in the "entertainment" use. Plus the hypen So I would give it a zero value

I was just gonna stay too that the "oscar" is a trademark. I wouldn't buy it and the other one, is only as valuable as you want it to be. For me, it's worth $0. If you want it and have an idea for it, you would be the end-user so it would be worth what you're willing to pay for it. However, trying to buy it to resell it, I wouldn't.
