I just found a thread of yours on another forum too... and you were very excited about this domain... you even were kind of puzzled that someone did not see value in it and said that you think it is a great domain name.

You do not know that you may post for an appraisal only a domain that you own... you want it to look like it is not the case.. but I am sure you actually own this domain name, that is why you try to bump its price by even providing the link to the auction...

Very nasty tactic... southafrica2010.or? $0 man $0.

As you may have seen I 've been referred from the other forum to this one. I am completely new into this domain name thing. You are completely wrong.
Thank you for the appraisal anyway!
'You do not know that you may post for an appraisal only a domain that you own' I don't know what you mean by that.

Read the appraisal guidelines... you cannot post a domain for appraisal, just in case you are the owner... these are the rules of the forum.

If by any means I am wrong, and you are really a newbie then sorry. But it would not be a good strategy to post for appraisals domains you want to buy because you get the attention of other people, and you finally would pay more for the desired domain.

Alex

PS: Regarding the appraisal, I do not see much value in this as the extension does not fit the keywords... I mean even an .info would be far much better in this case. But certainly will increase its value by time.

the name is good, but the extention is bad....
what is your budget?
I know of a good available one that might work for you...
the thing is that I would like to get a finder fee if you are going to register it. other wise I'll just wait until 2009 and register it then if it still available.
I dont know if you are interested in this kind of an arrangement, but I just post a thread in the Wanted domains section of this forum to get some ideas of how something like that can be done. I think it is a good idea for guys to be able to help find domains for a finder fee. the buyer will get a good name for a low price and the finder will get a fee for his help.
I was thinking that maybe NP can develope this option when the finder get paid by NP$.
