Ok, so since I started to actively look to sell this domain... I got a bunch of offers. A lot pretty good and close to what I was actually asking. ($10,000) Some really bad.
The good ones sort of indicate the domain is worth at least that what I ask.
I don't need to sell. I would develop a site on it. But just don't have the time at the moment. And if someone offers a good amount... I'd sell it.

What is this domain worth in your opinion?
