I would prefer to sell this domain, but if I couldn't get a reasonable amount then I'd just develop it.

Please give me an idea of what you think it would be worth.

Also if I did put some content on it and did SEO so it got good results in Google, I'd be able to sell it for more, right?

"freak" makes it regfee in my opinion

I'd have to agree on reg fee for this one. I sold CSSpro (dot) com a few months back for 350, and pro is much better than freak. Doubt you'd get a buyer for much more than low xx.
