Just curious as to your opinions for a name like SELLNEBRASKA/COM ?

This is a very popular front end for real estate domains

I do not believe there are any unregistered SELLSTATE domains left.

Anyway I appreciate your opinions :D

I won't let living in nebraska cloud my appraisal :)

I like it quite a bit. Nebraksa (Omaha) is doing much better than most in terms of real estate. I can see you getting high $xx - low $xxx from an individual agent, and I think a larger firm would get you in that mid $xxx range.

Good Luck!

I definitely agree with the assessment on the viability of Nebraska compared to the rest of the country.

For me the sell in front of the domain is awkward. I am not sure how users would interpret it once developed.

Perhaps it could do for real estate or an online community like a Craigslist or eBay just for Nebraska folk? Could be a thing of state pride?

Until you would approach a buyer with something clearly suggested in mind I will go with high $xx, otherwise it definitely has potential to run.
