"eDomain" and iDomain" domains are becoming increasingly popular. I think eHelp.com recently sold for mid $xx,xxx

eProperty is a nice term (taken under tons of domains) that could be used as a foundation for a real estate portal or listing service.

Please appraise/give your opinions. Not sure weather to develop or sell...

taking that in to consideration, yours is minimum low xxxx with potential for more
