its because "Surf" has to be used for something related to WEB
and next "Florida" has to be used as a travel site.

"Surf" can also be used for Surfing, which has nothing to do with the web. Florida is a state with massive tourism, beaches, and coastline and surfing is a popular activity there.

Hawaii is much more well known for surfing, but regardless here is a similar sale -

SurfFlorida.com clearly has some value. I would put it somewhere in the $XXX range reseller.
