I realize that .info isn't the most popular extension but with 12,100 exact global monthly searches it must be worth something..?

Hmm yes that does come with value. I'd think Low XXX maybe even mid XXX if you can find a good enduser who really wants it. I personalyl think it's quite good domain with high adsense dollars which might be worth it. It's also a very popular keyword.
