Market Samurai results for after rhinoplasty:
SEOT = 374/day
Phrase to broad = 55%
The SEOV and the cost per click are good but for some reason MS was showing NZD $1755/day...but now is showing pounds, for this phrase = 978. Hmmm...mutant.
Title competition is 14,200 and
SEOC is 54,600
When I checked out the competition who ranked for this keyword, it doesn't look to bad.
Also some linking has been done before when the site was up for a couple of months. This might lower (?) it's value.
