Value is in development only IMO. I don't know if it's the language or extension but something lowers the value.
I'd say mid $xx as-is unless developed.

Thanks John I have it up on Sedo now and some other guy just put up the .com version at $5,000 lets see if anything happens. I don't know if it gets traffic. I'm not sure on how to check all that info, I'm a real noob.
