I'm surprised there is a bid on that domain,especially this early after the launch of .EU.The bidder is almost certainly theracingworld.co.uk,a kind of big site.
They are probably your one and only chance for an end user IMO.$500 is a great price for a name registered 3 days ago.There's literally no way to determine value when there's no past .EU sales...it's up to you.Your sale can help start shaping the market.
Do you take a quick $500 and reg some more .EU or hold out for more,counter offer,or potentially lose the sale? An accurate appraisal is literally,truly,impossible.

Yes Dillpup- difficult situation- Thing is I am not hard up for the money and am more inclined to hang on a while longer and see how the market goes. On the other hand $500 for a site that is 3 days old is quite good of course like you say. Maybe I should counter with 800 and see how it goes. I dont know.

It's true that it is near impossible to put a value on it as they are no previous sales to go by or compare it to - It's a very nice name though with a few potential endusers that may be interested IMO

Chances are if you are getting an offer already it "may" be from one of the following sites that operate within europe. I would think you would get quite a bit more than $500 for it but you would have to be willing to sit it out for a while. Unfortunately of course you could lose the chance of making a very quick $500 - It's up to you. Good luck in whatever you decide to do.
