From my experience most buyers from UK are not too keen on .eu's and even top keywords in that extension hardly sell for the UK market.. so unless you can develop it yourself I can't see much value in this one.

Build a fan site and monetize it. As a domain you'll have a hard time selling it but you can still build it.
