I haven't seen a lot of sales in this genre, and there are hundreds of possibilities. Without development I don't think this is worth much.

Well I'll just have to develop it then I kind of have a notion of having a little development, and then contacting campaigns as it gets closer to election time. It's the kind of domain that can be redirected to the main domain of a candidate don't you think?

Sure, campaigns have deep pockets, if you can find a buyer. You'll have to do quite a bit of campaigning yourself, but it's more than possible. Best of luck!
