domain Please Appraise PotPie (dot) org

Hello everyone!

I had taken a break from buying domains for awhile and just recently got back into it. My goal this time around is to not purchase outside of the top 3 extensions (.com, .net, and .org). Anyway, I had some time to waste and was doing some searches when I happened upon "PotPie" available in the .org extension. I noticed the .com and .net were registered some time ago.

Now I know .org is generally best left to non-profit agencies but every other generic seems to be registered in .org. And for $8 I thought this domain would be worth a chance.

Any advice is welcome and appreciated. Thanks!
