This is a very nice domain that could be developed into some type of network of people suppressed by the police or otherwise. The possibilities are endless. This one is a keeper. IMO.

I guess a police pepper spray innocent protesters report site, i dont care for the name , for me the posibities are limited to un-fun, un-profitable and un-ender. Perhaps $xx on it being a timely topic
