I see WiseAdvisory at somewhere under 1K, or market price at $299. If I had it I would price point at $999 and then fallback to $499 at first.

This ain't the .com and you might be stuck with it like forever if you price it over 1K.

$299 isn't a good one. But I may consider $750 if I get an offer right away (at least with my current mood)

Well then go ahead with that, it's another commonly used price point, I use it too and had good results with it.

The $299 is intended only if you want to flip it really fast, as opposed to getting more value in longer term. It's anyway logical to start higher and decrease only when you think you need to.
