They want to know the price range.

Does anyone have any ideas? I think it is a fairly new term.

Should I hold onto it and wait until it becomes more valuable?

I am a newbie - so any advice is welcome.

you can send him what you wish to get for it and wait for the answer.
its normal that sometimes messages are stored in the Spam folder rather than the inbox!
