Maybe I am reading this wrong but the name is Created on: 07-Nov-10 and you say "Americana Music Hall of Fame" is trademarked? Did you apply and get the trademark accepted, then buy the domain? I see your ebay auction ran out without the 50k starting bid. Also you stated that "owning the Americana Music Hall of Fame™ trademark" comes with the name. I did see a dead service mark on "American Music Hall of Fame "(no a) with an abandonment date of 1998. I see you own the .org too. I also see you want to actually have a physical site, maybe develop that first before to try to sell it. xxx for the effort. For those brave enough to give this apprasial a try below me, please give them more info, especially a time line on when you appied for a trademark, when it was approved, how much the trademark cost.
