I had it appraised by swiftappraisal already but I dont know if they are true! They appraised it at $62,000-$94,000 USD

I am not trying to be offensive but I think they are way off target. While I agree that the domain has marketability I highly disagree that its worth $xx,xxx simply based on the fact that its memorable, clear, length, word count, and extension. Out of curiousity I checked www.keyworddiscovery.com which uses OVT results with their own database and they show 18 searches for that exact word. See my point?

Honestly, I think pixelution.us is probably worth reg fee. I understand that there is a lot of buzz in the market following Alex Tew's milliondollarhomepage.com but I don't see where the value in pixelution.us is. I find it a little difficult to say out loud, and I don't instantly know how to spell it. I hear "pic solution" just as easily as what you intended.

There are a lot of people that think pixel sites are completely ridiculous and everyone who is jumping on the bandwagon is too late. Personally, I think that there is still some profit to be squeezed out of the pixel market, though definitely nowhere near a million dollars.

I would also think reg fee for your domain value because if someone wanted to make a pixel site, they probably would want it to be a .com, plus there are a lot of other brandable domains about pixels still available for reg fee (ie. in the .us extension, pixelworld.us is still available).

Just my thoughts though

I think that $XXXX is way too high. Honestly I do not think it is worth over $XX... Extension is mediocre, and name is semi-memorable.
