I would like to buy my wife a nice gift, and am considering selling off some of my names, including this one. Please help me set a price. Also, do you suggest BIN sale or Auction?

Adsense shows the site has had 279 visitors so far this month with $15.45 in revenue. All traffic comes from my sig and 2 "pixel ad sites", so there wouldn't be a loss in traffic to the new owner.

Going by what you said, most of the traffic is from your sig, the new owner would have to do the same or loose out. Pagerank is 0. Also, the Meso boom is over.

So, the $ you are making will be false to new owner.

With that said, I suggest selling the template with it.

You're looking at around $30 rev/month, although it's hard to say what a forecast 12 month revenue would be. Still, I think low xxx or more is doable for the site, perhaps more for someone looking to enter the market.
