There are English words that have sold in .be. But pattern is not one of those types. If you go Englishword.cctld, probably better to go for product generics first.

The .BE is the problem.

I think this would be an okay domain were it on .COM. See if you can talk the guy running the .COM to sell. If he won't budge, then look for other .COM opportunities and remember to avoid all other extensions. Grace delete this turkey ASAP.
