There are many shortcomings:

• it's very long
• it's very narrow in purpose
• it's time-sensitive
• it's got no obvious commercial use

Don't trust bogus valuation models.
I think you will struggle to resell it for $10, let alone $50,000. Sorry, it's a dream.

Godaddy appraisals are a joke and barely more than a scam in my opinion since they are so out of whack with reality to be tragic. Still, high appraisals keep people coming back but how many people do you know who can realistically get those high prices for this rubbish from an end user?

OsamaBinLaden.com may have been worth that much, but shoving "autopsy photos" on the end like roadkill murders it, with extreme prejudice and a can of liquid nitrogen, with a sledgehammer.

Much worse are the net and org since there is no hope to even get a tiny bit of type in traffic until everyone is wondering again whatever happened to the next "celebrity" to die and the process starts again.

Have you even given any thought at all to how it might be monetized, because that is the only thing that matters...if it cannot be monetized then it is worth sod all.

It was mentioned on CNN that the CIA said there was no autopsy done on him, so there are no autopsy photos. There are post mortem photos of him but that's not what is in the domain being appraised. (or am I just being pedantic?)

And the fact that a .com is worth ... does not mean that the other extension worth more then their initial cost.
