Tough one to appraise. There isn't commercial value in it unless you're contacting sponsors of marathons. If you were to develop it, list all marathons in NY, give dates, times, and any data you can find, it'll take some work, you'll get traffic, earn adsense rev, then you'd have a $xxx-$xxxx domain when trying to sell it to a sponsor.

It's a domain definitely worth building a site on. Good luck

Thanks for the feedback. I never really thought about developing the domain (mostly due the TIME it takes to develop a website) but maybe I can create something simple with some of the ideas you posted.
