I would say it is fairly useless sorry to pretty much anyone, until such time as someone figures out what to use it for.

The trouble I think is mostly that it could go to pretty much anyone whose business or interest begins with "n" so the problem of accuracy becomes a major issue and the hyphen doesn't really help either

It could go for $1 or $10,000 and there is no way to focus it at all..

I will have to go with my gut and say reg fee
