There may be a ton of results on Google, but I am sure a ton of it relates to Opera history and singers but mostly SOAP OPERAS.

An opera forum is tough to figure out. Opera is typically a very affluent crowd of people and not likely to spend a great deal of time on the computer.

Plus, the popularity of opera. Very regionalized but widespread, if that makes any sense...such as the NY Met, La Scala (Milan Italy), etc., or looking for very specific opera or opera houses...Schedules, stars, performances, guest conductors.

It is a very niche market, could be done, but you may have to make it more than a forum using the above added features.
