domain Please appraise my hack

I picked up the domain pizz.as a few years ago and want to start something with it. I have no idea what to start or if it would sell.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Without the hack... which a large percentage of people will not see.. the domain name itself sounds kind of silly.. pizz... with the hack pizz.as you have an alright domain.. just alright...
I would agree that you could get high xx to low xxx..
one more thing...
the end user might not feel comfy with the .as extension... some people just like to stick with .com or .net.
Also, how much is the regular reg fee.. no sales..

To be fair, I would give you high $xx for this right now. (pm if you want)

However I think this is worth alot more. I believe you probally do also .as reg is not cheap.

While DN Sale Price and Namebio dont report many sales (5) for the word pizzas. It is a plural of a very wanted keyword. Further more its value raises due to the fact that the .za registry does not offer second level registration similar to .uk.

Downside .as is probally too expensive for a small store to pay and as such would suit a medium size retailer or chain.

While I cant provide a appraisal price as hacks seem to vary greatly, I feel if you get the right end user you could do far better than what the other appraisals are suggesting.

Thanks for the comments. I would think that 99% of the pizza searches would be local - you're not going to run across the state to pick up a pizza. I think that it's a catchy name some local pizza shop would like - but then, as you say, how big are local pizza shop.

The email address [email protected] is alright.
