Just startng out in the domaining world and very much look forward to gaining plenty of knowledge from the seasoned domainers on here. Just wanted people's opinions as to the approximate value of the above domains.
As i understand it english words within a .de extension are almost as valuable as german words within it and that hyphens don't cause too dramatic a decrease in value for this particular extension. As such what do you think I should be putting my asking price as for these on sedo for example (with a make an offer option). I understand Estibot is not by any means completely accurate but it appraised the buy-property.de one at $24,000 and medicalmalpractice.de at $14,000. Don't get me wrong, i'm not looking for anything even close to those values but do you think i might be able to fetch high end $XXX for them if I play the waiting game?
Finally, chiropractor.es. I made the massive mistake of buying loads of Spanish .es domains with english words before doing any research. Had i done so I would have realised that english words have very poor value within the .es domain system. However, i think chiropractor.es could potentially be worth something because it's such a well searched term and wondered what everyone else's opinion was.
