If you wanted to pick the one to get rid of first, I would pick managementconsulting.co as it is what I call a "double whammy domain". It breaks the 14-Character Rule of Domains AND is registered under the .CO TLD.
It would probably be best to avoid the .CO extension in the future if you desire value in your domain portfolio. My advice would be to re-hydrate, reboot, and try again. Good luck! (:
