I think this domain may be highly marketable as a spoof of Sarah Palin, which could receive very high traffic.

There are too many domains in the World.

And the Internet does certainly not need this one. Sorry. In my opinion, this domain needs to be deleted along with 99% of all parked domains. I think the Internet would be just fine with around 10,000 domains registered under .COM and maybe a few .NETs and ORGs mixed in the lot. Good luck and cheers.

This was a throw away facebook account made to pump up the votes for her daughter's dancing with stars run. Unless your neighbor is Lou and Sarah and you can trade this name for yard chores consider a grace delete.
