It's a new kind of shoe with absurd high heels. (9inch!)
This type will be launched next year so very low searches at the moment.
The company behind this is called SkyHeels.com

You think so? It maybe a name but it still is an "object" ...
How cani get this information if it is a registered trademark ?

I searched at http://tess2.uspto.gov/ and couldn't find it.
So if it isn't registered yet and i got this domain before that time then im not breaking the rules ?

I say trademark issue too because it's a new idea or invention of the high heel. I don't think it's worth much right now except to possibly the owner of sky heels dot com. Or maybe someone who will develop the site into a blog about sky heels. I'm going to say for now until this thing plays out with the official sky heels website, low to mid $xx.

I dont see anything definitive in my lil research that this is trademark, might expect something down the road though. Nothing new about extremly high shoes, just perhaps again at the top of the fashion cycle. high xx-low xxx

Thx guys! So my next move would be to create a small landingpage on this and wait till the shoes will be on the market next year.
Maybe i can create some traffic as the skyheels.com has nothing on it.

Let's just hope it will be more than regfee :hehe:
