We wanted to start our design house for outsource but the plan didn't work out properly (in papers) so we stopped working on it. Site never been designed for this domain.

Unless you find another end user that is willing to use this cumbersome, easily confusable domain name for their design firm... I'd say $0 - reg fee for the lot. Much success
