I'm thinking I can get at least mid xxx on it , no plans for developing.

Good Catch. But To be honest if you want to get that sort of money you will need to develop it first. Whois records states you registered the domain today? and you want mid xxx? You might get $50 for a quick flip or you may want to keep hold of it for a while.

I've seen many people flipping domains in just a few days on good money and tbh for most end-users the age of the domain they buy is not really relevant. it is mostly a reseller issue.

It's true, I regged that just few hours ago and already listed on sedo. I am in no hurry though, 2 years left until drop .

I'll just wait and see what happens with it. I am just looking for opinions about its potential.

Also, dress-up.us seems nice despite the "-" but that fits here more than in other domain names. Though I think it will be harder to find an end-user to that, maybe reseller.
