The problem with .ws extension is that very few of the domain names are worth more then reg fee. Although it is generally accepted as "website" this is actually a ccTLD for Western Samoa. This particular ccTLD has never quite taken off. Recent sales for short, 1 word dictionary domain names are weak.
The domain name Blogs.ws sold for 1600 earlier this year.
Blogs should be considered an Ultra-Premium keyword, so Blogs.ws is perhaps one of the best domains in the .ws extension, but it only scratched just over 1.5k - I would honestly expect your name to fetch reg fee or slightly better ($15-20) - but will be an incredibly difficult sale. I recommend to stay away from this extension altogether. Best of luck.
