interested in your thoughts regarding:

Had it for a few years, but just added it to cash parking a week ago (had 30 clicks over the week). Thinking of developing the site.

I like it, there are quite a few things it could developed into. It could be a site for making extra money through online, a site for a finance company and possibly something else. It's hard to say how much you could get for it but id say give developing it a try, that only make's the value go up.
