Obviously a domain such as this is limited to the countries that have this letter on their keyboard. And that is exactly who the main potential buyers are; the people from those countries. In the end, it really all comes down to how you advertise and market HŽ.com in the countries that use the letter ' Ž '. I'm well aware that '.hr' is Croatias ccTLD; but if you were to advertise and market the site HŽ.com... than people are going to go to HŽ.com... not '.net', not '.com.hr', and not '.hr'. For certain this name is valuable to someone in Croatia, Czech Republic, or wherever else the letter Ž is used. Forget about which extension is attached to it. I've discovered plenty of Croatian dot com websites. Now, if you're talking about monetizing this domain by parking it... pretty hard to do; this isn't a "buy to park" domain... I wish it were - has a decent amount of searches - 90,500. More opinions welcome.
