I've never once in my entire life had anyone say to me that they were going to the "Ladies Shop" and I've never found a shop that sells Ladies.

If someone offered me the .COM for $500 I wouldn't buy it.. why would I then buy the .co?

If they wanted an appraisal it's likely an appraisal scam (you pay them for a fake appraisal you never see the money again).

If there are no strings attached, sell immediately imho.

There are many many guidelines to follow but the best is your own knowledge of years of following sales and losses and gut feelings...

Yours is not a bad name but it is not great either..

Search numbers, availability in other tlds, age, keyword ranking, number of search results, does it make sense, what the TLD is, ad competition, gut check, potential end user market, broadness / exactness of term.

Putting it in the regular section will get it moved and you a potential infraction (likely warning first time).

A "Ladies Shop" is collquial for lingerie shop or strictly female apparel. It's usage is quite well known. Really not a bad name.

I would place the same value on this domain as I would on the .TEL version. ZERO.

The .CO TLD is fine if you reside or do business in Columbia. All others should steer clear of this ccTLD as it is nothing more that registrar bait. The only folks who will ever profit from this latest entry into the domain foray are the registrars.

Stick with .COM and forget that all other extensions exist. Probably some of the best advice you'll ever get. IMO.
