Lax enforcement of a given mark does not make it any less a squat. You can't resell the domain profitably without running afoul of bad faith provisions. You could set up a non-monetised fansite, but fansites already exist at the .net and .org extensions (notably, both are monetised so this is again a very much unenforced mark -- but doesn't mean it can't be any time Ms. Hunt chooses to do so.)
Setting all that aside, the hyphen craps out the value, and without meaning to disrespect the actress, she's not exactly a hot commodity at this point. If you plug her name into Google Trends, you'll see a steady downward trend going as far back as 2004, when Trends' dataset originates. How many fan sites can the world support for a semi-retired star of the 1990s, who is talented and was successful but never really made a lasting mark?
