I really think your only option would be to develop this one. The name alone has $0 value, and i dont see any end-user value either. If you have some development skills, then give it a shot.

Since the domain does not seem to be worth much on its own I am considering development.

[happy hour flights] have 1300 exact searches every month. Do you think its worth it to try to rank it or would it be to difficult against all the airline and travel websites?

To be honest, I thought this was a worthless name until I Googled "happy hour flights." Seems to be primarily an Australian thing. It might find a buyer in Quantas or Virgin. Apparently 1300 people a month choose their airline by whether they get free booze, and it is memorable - at least until you've had a few drinks.

I wouldn't reg it, but I wouldn't dump it yet either. Why not just stick it on a one page wordpress site and see if it gets any traction?
