I've had this since 2000 as my bands site and it gets pretty decent traffic.

If I was going to sell what should be my asking price?

High xx would be my estimate. Although I'd never sell for that. There is also an artist known as Matthew Goodband, I'm sure he'd like the name.

Depends on the traffic, but this could be monetized into some musical blog, this is a great name and I would say low xxx

Actually the artist is Matthew Good, and his group is called the Matthew Good Band. Goodband may be a surname but it's not his.

Interesting name; it's okay but not super attractive, it's brandable but not racy, it's common but not exciting. I'd appraise with a wide swing:
resellers = in the 150 - 300 range
end users = 400 and up. If someone really loves it and it's appropriate for something they are or do, might push to high xxx or over x,xxx, I think that's optimistic but still within realistic.

P.S. if you sell it, pre-existing traffic does help and can drive the price up, depending on how much there is and how important it is to the buyer.
