Soft Gaming is a form of gambling, covers games like hi-lo, deal or no deal, scratch card style of cash games on the net, so in that sense it could have some meaning. Also I guess it could refer to gambling software.

As for value, it's a fairly saturated Market and not the greatest name. Development may help increase the value but would be very competitive to rank well.
