Reg. fee: Domain sounds like it was randomly generated (no niche is filled) and domain utilizes numbers. If it was < 5L and was alphabetical characters only, this may be worth something higher than reg. fee.
My advice is to look for the generic domains (e.g. HotSexyDates.com, AdultEducationAustralia.com, etc.) instead of the 1-5L market, as the barrier for entry is usually not as low. In addition, please read up on the "Domain Beginners" section of this forum, as well as conducting more research.
