domain Please Appraise fok.co, oslo.co

Just acquired fok.co and oslo.co

I know the .co's are struggling to gain any momentum at the moment but holding onto these to see if .co's do gain some credibility over the next few years. Never going to be worth .com valuations but hoping for a close second eventually

What do you think of the above and any below that may net a decent return, I've had offers in the £xxx but I'd rather renew and hold most.

I have a few .co's and let a few drop recently to including playstation3.co and playstation4.co

I don't see any valuable domains in this lot.

In my view, .CO valuations have peaked. If you can accept the fact that these domains are more valuable today than they will be tomorrow, there is only one logical thing to do. Sell ASAP. IMO.

If you have offers, take them as long as they aren't from friends or family members or others you care about. Get away from this extension and try to rebuild your domaining life. Good luck.

Oslo is a nice rich city though and not a bad choice of investment. Seems GEO.co are somewhat hit an miss.

I wouldn't be surprised by mid $xxx- low $xxxx but it's not ever going to be close to .com value.

FOK is just highly speculative with no real inherent value that I know of.

Oslo.com is developed for the english speaking visitors. If you going to develop .co you will lost a lot of traffic. And i think the Norway are very proud on their .no domain.

I have to agree with MicroGuy here. But hey, there are passangers for every train. So if you are lucky you can sell some of your domains.

well, i pick up where johname stopped commenting(but i am not sure if he meant what i am about to say lol)

drop applestore and usopen immediately or your investment turns sour, major TM violations...not worth it....

Out of your list i really like hotelroom but you have to develop and advertise advertise advertise (what reflects a huge investment) to bring it close to the area of your big competitors like expedia, priceline etc.

i would value hotelroom(even hotelrooms would be better) right now at mid xx
to low xxx

You have TMs in your list, get rid of them.

If you had to keep only one, that would be cnc.co.
There must be quite a few possible acronyms and it could sell to a local end user.
With fok it's more difficult, k has low frequency in the Spanish language.

As always, you need a buyer. Without a buyer in sight your names might not be worth much. Good vibes for cnc though.
If you have offers, consider them.
Don't be too greedy, this extension is unproven and the promises are more remote every day.
