Love it too. Obviously an excelent name. Value would be all over the map from low end people with this nick name to mid level business like resturants to high end hollywood, high income business looking for a flag ship name. Base bottom mid xxxx

- our name is registered before the most of TM's
- it is not parked, so there is no any ads (we made custom landing page)
- we won't contact TM holders

spring water ain't that clean come fall

having and holding a domain registered before a tm is one thing, but a change of ownership of the domain after tm creation is another.

Probably easy not to show bad faith in terms of the TM as it comes from a legend, which in itself is probably not trademarked. A great name.
