Lots of people read it as Facebook.org, and it has 368k monthly searches worldwide.

Don't come up with that trademark bullshit, cause i'm not getting any TM issues for this.

On a more serious note:

1. It's way to close to "Facebook".

2. It's a .org

3. It sounds and looks terrible.

I personally wouldn't take the name for free.

a book of facks? oh... how obvious... naughty naughty!! undeveloped as-is $0, proper developed with traffic could even reach $x.xxx, however you can achieve this with any stupid domain name. I dont think you'll face any trademark issue. Personally, I wouldn't bother developing fackbook.org because:
- I dont like the name
- I dont like the extension
- I dont like the way it sounds as another famous adult website.
- I dont know the adult online market well.
- It may involve potential risk of trademark infringement, as replied by other Namepros.

Recommendation:
-Try and sell it with registration fee and research and buy another domain.

I won't come at you with the entirely reasonable TM issue -- as is predictable, you assume that since you have not yet had an issue with it, there is no issue with it. Nothing anyone says will dissuade you from this fiscally suicidal mindset (except for Zuck's lawyers - they may well say something that does the trick.)

Unfortunately, setting it aside, just pretending that the TM issue isn't there, also implies that the domain's only possible redeeming feature -- its confusing similarity to the well-known trademark Facebook -- should be ignored. So take that away, and what do you have left?

^^^it's worthless, a meaningless pronounceable on a gentrified ghetto of a TLD. Brandables don't come in .org flavour. Let it go,if the Fackbook "hacking" service is actually useful, rebrand it as something less likely to get you a legal issue.
