Lots of people read it as Facebook.org, and it has 368k monthly searches worldwide.

It is a best practice to stay clear of trademarked domains, including hacks even remotely similar.

In the end it comes down to the individual, and how s/he chooses to do business. While some domainers who tread on TMs never get caught or experience problems, in the long run it hurts the entire domaining industry, whether they know it or not.

Probably best to grace delete if possible, or a straight delete and chalk it up as an inexpensive lesson learned.
