Facebook aggressively defend their TM. The first two are minus reg fee for that fact alone.

Tweet is also a TM so...you guessed it, less than reg fee.

Not really...millions of good words or combinations of words out there that won't get you spanked. You just have do you your due diligence beforehand. Going after huge TM marks is just plain nuts though.
