Somewhere between crap and reg fee quite frankly. Unless you actually develop it, my experience with generic dot CC domains: thumbs down.

Thank you :)

Actually my observations for the CC domains are very similar to the observations of dezinerite.

Anybody else to tell me his/her opinion?

I dont have a problem with generic .cc's though I think with .cc you have to get better keywords.

I think reg fee is about right but any 1 word domain isnt bad to have and you should be able to flip it for a profit.

Dot CC is a tough extension, now best suited for development, if anything at all. A couple of years ago similar names were selling for low $xxx on average, especially on auction sites such as eBay, and the like. Now days it seems you can't even give them away. For me personally, unless it is a significant keyword with viable usage I tend to stay away from CC names, though the temptation is often there since so many great names are available. In fact, I decided to punt and grabbed a popular, common first name earlier this year, which I am happy to have, so its value is inconsequential to me.

With regard to your name, it definitely has potential, especially being a short 5 letter dictionary word. However, quite honestly it feels RegFee to low $xx, reseller. Possibly more with development, though it is so generic a term it may not have a large audience, which further detracts. Of course, a good developer should be able to overcome these obstacles.

.cc is absolutely tough to sell. I have a few 3 word cc domains and even that is proving extremely tough. My advice to new domainers is "develop" "develop" and "develop" is extremely rare to hand reg a name and flip it for a considerable amount of money. I also notice this domain on Bido goodluck.

besides what I said before (no offense, it was just my humor:)), I think you should work on the possible development/uses of the term "exact", even if .cc domains, as already mentioned by some other people here, are quite difficult to market.
But at the end, if the main term is ok, it depends on the buyer specific needs and interest.
Regards.
