Valuate.com appraised it at $950. Of course they appraised some of my domains at $2,000 -$17,000 and when I listed them on Flippa for considerably less, I still couldn't get arrested.
I read an article on Baseball Players with a year or 2 in pro baseball and their Agents comments I consider very applicable. Essentially the Agent says that if a team offers a first year or second year player a multi year million dollar contract, he recommends that players take that instead of waiting 5 years or so till they are eligible for free Agency and Mega Million contracts. His reasoning is they can get hurt or be lousy and still be guaranteed millions which is great security and if they are still in baseball at the end of that first million dollar contract they can then sign their second contract for megamillions.
If you use $950 as the best case scenario if someone buys it, just figure on how much money you would be willing to settle for if someone wants to buy it. Maybe that's $400 or $500. Its up to what would make you happy. Don't think of it as giving away something for nothing. Once you get some money then you can be more selective in future domains. Hope that helps. As I've learned the hard way, it may take years to sell something for decent money.
